I offer online zoom hypnotherapy to clients who can not attend in person treatments because they may be suffering from depression, agoraphobia, OCD, IBS, or have a disability. One to one therapies to clients who cannot attend in person treatments has become so very popular particularly with the Covid-19 Pandemic and with the isolation it has taken a toll on many peoples lives, as it is not just affecting peoples physical health but also their financial, social, mental well-being as we have had less interaction with the outside world. You might wonder whether online one to one therapy can be as effective as face to face therapy, and my answer is absolutely yes. I am extremely optimistic about the way modern technology can allow you to effectively access therapy and support you from your home. This is a deeply positive tool in times like these. HOW DO YOU CONNECT?


I will email you a link to my zoom account and you can then click on this link at the time given which will enable you to join me on the video hypnotherapy session.


IS ONLINE THERAPY SAFE?


Hypnotherapy with zoom is safe, as you will be gently guided into a natural state of deep relaxation where the sub-conscious mind is open to positive suggestions. You will remain in control in the comfort of your own home.


CONFIDENTIALITY

I protect my clients and I can confirm that all information gathered in the session will remain confidential at all times.


 

 

 

 

WHAT IF I LOSE CONNECTION?

 

If the connection fails during online hypnotherapy, please don’t worry as you will simply stay enjoying the hypnosis for a few minutes longer by yourself and you will naturally bring yourself back. This is simply what happens and you can call me and we will then be able to start the session where we left off.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

You are able to pay for this service via bank transfer or paypal. Payments are made 24 hours before a session begins. Please note some treatments do differ so see treatment list before booking.

ONLINE ZOOM HYPNOTHERAPY

TIPS FOR ONLINE THERAPY

Zoom sessions work over the internet connection so you will need a desktop computer, ipad, tablet or even a phone with a built in webcam, microphone and speaker.

  1. Find a room which is quiet with a comfortable couch or armchair.

  2. You may like a blanket allowing yourself to keep warm.

  3. Work out before the session where your wifi or mobile connection has the best reception.

  4. Close other computer programs off so as to avoid these popping up and beeping.

  5. Make sure there is enough light in the room as I will need to see you.

  6. Avoid a coffee before your session and get yourself a glass of water before we begin.

  7. Use headphones if you feel comfortable with these as they will bring my voice closer to you.  Although they are not essential.

  8. If you have an animal that is likely to jump on your lap during your session please remove the animal to avoid disruption.

  9.   10. Allow some time and space after the session to reflect and digest.
